NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, also known as a modern form of psychology.

NLP is about how we experience the world through our five senses, our subjective perception of reality, and how we create meaning in our lives.

In coaching, we use a range of effective NLP techniques to create change—among other things by shifting thoughts and limiting beliefs.

Because of this, NLP has also been described as a "user manual for the brain".

NLP is a modern form of psychology developed in the 1970s in the United States by John Grinder and Richard Bandler. One of the world’s most well-known coaches, Tony Robbins, also uses and continues to develop these techniques.

NLP is based in part on cognitive psychology, and its core stems from studying and modeling individuals who have excelled in their fields. One of the key goals of NLP is to identify the difference that makes the difference.

NLP emphasizes that we are responsible for our own lives, and provides us with tools to create change and improve communication—both with ourselves and with others.

We humans have an innate capacity to grow, change, and evolve. NLP offers a wide range of techniques that are actively used in coaching to create real transformation. These techniques are well-tested and continuously evolving.

It’s not about reaching the goal.

It’s about who you become in the process.
